摘 要: 分析了C/Cu復合材料的界面潤濕特性及多種潤濕涂層的性質(zhì)。選擇Mo2C+Mo作為C/Cu復合材料的潤濕涂層，研究了該涂層對真空液相浸滲C/Cu復合材料界面潤濕特性的影響。結(jié)果表明，傳統(tǒng)金屬Cu涂層在浸滲溫度下失效，而Mo2C+Mo涂層在液相浸滲溫度下較穩(wěn)定，能顯著提高C/Cu界面潤濕性，有效改善界面結(jié)合，并促進液相浸滲復合過程的進行。

Abstract:The wetting property of C/Cu composite interface and various coatings were analyzed. A Mo2C+Mo coating was selected. Using various microanalysis methods, including XRD, AES, SEM, electronic probe, the effects of the Mo2C+Mo coating on the wetting and conjunction of the interface of C/Cu composite were investigated. The results show that the general Cu coating cease to be effective because of its melting at infiltration temperature. The Mo2C+Mo coating remains stable, improves remarkably the wetting of interface of C/Cu composite, reinforces effectively the conjunction of the interface and promotes the process of vacuum liquid infiltration.
