摘 要: 分析了按照Al63Cu25Fe12配比常規(guī)凝固制備的AlCuFe準(zhǔn)晶材料的相組成,研究了塊狀A(yù)lCuFe準(zhǔn)晶材料與熔融純鎂的界面反應(yīng),發(fā)現(xiàn)在界面處存在物質(zhì)交換作用。鎂與AlCuFe準(zhǔn)晶材料有良好的浸潤(rùn)性,這歸因于準(zhǔn)晶材料中孔隙的存在、亞穩(wěn)相的分解和表面氧化層與Mg的反應(yīng)。

crystal approximates with pure magnesium

Abstract:Interfacial reaction of Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystal and crystal approximates with pure magnesium is studied, at the base of analysis of Al-Cu-Fe as-cast samples with accurate atomic composition Al63Cu25Fe12. It is found that there is exchange action of alloy elements around the interface between quasicrystal material with magnesium. Magnesium has good wettability with Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystal material. This attributes to porosity, transition of metastable phase in Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystal material, and surface oxide reaction with magnesium.
