摘 要: 用懸浮熔煉法制備了不同含硅量的低鈷LaNi5型儲氫合金,用XRD法測定其結(jié)構(gòu),并測試了電化學(xué)容量和壽命,分析了Si含量對性能的影響,合成了新型儲氫合金La0.8Nd0.2Ni3.6Co0.4Mn0.4A10.3Cu0.1Fe0.1Si0.1,其比容量為303mAh/g,300次循環(huán)后的容量還有其最高容量的84%。

Abstract:Low cobalt LaNi5type hydrogen storage alloys containing silicon were prepared by magnetic-levitation melting.Their structure,specific capacity and cycle life were measured using X-ray diffractometer and DC-5 battery testing instrument.It was found that silicon played an important role on the electrochemical characteristics of the alloys. On the basis of this finding,a new kind of hydrogen storage alloy La0.8Nd0.2Ni3.6Co0.4Mn0.4A10.3Cu0.1Fe0.1Si0.1 was developed,which shown a maximum capacity of 303*!mAh/g and good cycling stability.
