摘 要: 采用單輥旋鑄法分別制備了Al-5%Pb, Al-8%Pb和Al-15%Pb三種合金條帶，并利用TEM分析其顯微組織。結(jié)果表明：在快速凝固下，Al-Pb合金中的第二相(f.c.c. Pb)在基體中分布均勻，Pb顆粒尺寸隨Pb含量增加而增加，隨冷卻速度的增大而減小, Pb顆粒的尺寸呈雙峰或三峰分布特征。此外，還分析了快速凝固下偏晶合金的凝固過(guò)程，對(duì)上述現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了解釋。

Abstract:Al-5%Pb, Al-8%Pb, Al-15% alloy ribbons were produced using melt-spinning technique. The microstructure of the obtained alloy ribbons was studied by TEM. The result shows that, in the condition of rapid solidification, the second phase (f.c.c. Pb) of Al-Pb alloys distributes in the matrix homogeneously, the size of lead particles increases with the increase of lead content and decreases with the increase of the cooling rate. Meanwhile, the size of lead particles has the characteristic of bimodal or ternary-modal distribution. Such phenomena were explained by analyzing the rapid solidification of monotectic alloys under the rapid solidification.
