摘 要: 采用恒速度法測(cè)量了稀土Zn-5Al共晶合金的塑性拉伸曲線，結(jié)合金相組織研究了稀土對(duì)其超塑性特性的影響。結(jié)果表明：在Zn-5Al合金中添加0.05%～0.2%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)，下同)的稀土Ce, 可提高合金超塑變形的延伸率，在350℃以上進(jìn)行超塑拉伸時(shí)，稀土抑制Zn向Al中的擴(kuò)散和溶解，阻礙擴(kuò)散-溶解層達(dá)到飽和，有利于α/β相界的滑移，從而增強(qiáng)了Zn-5Al合金的超塑性效應(yīng)。

Abstract:The superplastic deformation curves of Zn-5Al eutectic alloy containing small amounts of rare earths were measured, and the influence of rare earth on the superplasticity was discussed. The results show that the elongation of Zn-5Al eutectic alloy can be increased if less than 0.2% Ce were added, and the rare earth can refrain the diffusion and dissolution of Zn to Al and postpone the saturation of the diffusion-solution zone above 350℃, and in such a way boost up α/β interface sliding and benefit the superplasticity.
