摘 要: 采用改進(jìn)的Hallimond管結(jié)合電解浮選法研究不同粒級的高嶺石浮選行為。考察礦物粒級、陰極孔徑、電流強(qiáng)度對高嶺石浮選速率的影響。通過數(shù)據(jù)分析建立了浮選速率常數(shù)k和這些影響因素的多元回歸模型，并對回歸方程和回歸系數(shù)進(jìn)行顯著性檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明：對于不同粒級的高嶺石，電解浮選速率均隨電流強(qiáng)度的增大而增大；當(dāng)電流強(qiáng)度相同時(shí)，細(xì)顆粒在孔徑小的陰極時(shí)浮選速率較大，而粗顆粒在孔徑大的陰極時(shí)浮選速率較大；浮選速率常數(shù)k與這些影響因素之間存在明顯的線性相關(guān)關(guān)系。

Abstract:The electro-flotation of kaolinite particles with different size fractions were studied with modified Hallimond tube. The effects of particle size fraction, current intensity and aperture of mesh electrode on the flotation rate were studied. A regression model was established using the particle size fraction, current intensity and aperture of mesh electrode as independent variables and the flotation rate constant as dependent variable. The results show that the flotation rate increases with increasing current intensity. The flotation rate of the fine particle is higher at smaller aperture of mesh electrode under the same current intensity, while the case of the coarse particles is opposite. This shows that the bubble properties changed by electrolytic condition have notably significant effect on the kaolinite flotation.
