摘 要: 利用ProCast和CalcoSoft-3D軟件中的CA-FE模塊， 采用元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)-有限元方法(Cellular automaton-finite element)， 對(duì)U-Nb合金以50℃/min的鑄造冷卻速度鑄造的d107mm/d77mm×80mm管形鑄件作為算例， 對(duì)該鑄件的微觀組織和晶粒度進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明：U-Nb合金的凝固微觀組織的晶粒度變化規(guī)律為，在鑄件的同一高度上， 內(nèi)層晶粒半徑＜外層晶粒半徑＜中間層晶粒半徑； 按從上到下的順序晶粒半徑逐漸減小。 用金相方法實(shí)測(cè)了U-Nb合金鑄件在各個(gè)高度位置之中間層的凝固微觀組織晶粒半徑，實(shí)測(cè)值小于模擬計(jì)算值近1倍，但是二者晶粒度的變化趨勢(shì)是一致的， 模擬結(jié)果達(dá)到了定性或半定量的水平。

Abstract:Using cellular automaton-finite element method, the casting grain size of d107mm/d77mm×80mm tube-like part for Uranium-2%(mass fraction) Niobium alloy in the cooling rate of about 50℃/min was simulated by professional software ProCast and CalcoSoft-3D. The simulated results show that the casting grain size varied from the inner to the outer in the same height of section of the casting part as following: the inner grain size＜the middle grain size＜the outer grain size. The grain size gradually reduces from top to the bottom of the part. The casting grain size was verified by optical metallurgical method. The grain size of the experimental results were smaller than that of simulated results, but the changing trends was in the same way.
