摘 要: 介紹了(Bi, Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox(BSCCO)帶材產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)技術,并就幾個關鍵環(huán)節(jié)如前驅粉制備與預處理、 導線的機械加工以及帶材的形變熱處理等作了詳盡的闡述, 比較了世界各國的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 針對特定的高溫超導應用方向如超導電纜、超導磁體和電流引線等, 研究了提高長導線均勻性的關鍵技術, 進行BSCCO導線的多樣化設計以降低導線的交流損耗、熱導率和臨界彎曲半徑, 并對導線進行表面改性處理如涂鍍絕緣漆和鍍錫等。 結合已有的研究基礎, 從提高BSCCO帶材的性能和降低生產(chǎn)成本出發(fā), 指出了BSCCO帶材產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術今后的發(fā)展方向。

Abstract:The commercial manufacturing technology of BSCCO high temperature superconducting(HTS) tapes was introduced, with emphases on synthesis and pre-treatment of the precursor, mechanical deformation and thermo-mechanical treatment. Comparison were made on the development status of several companies over the world. In order to meet the requirements of special application such as HTS transmission cable, HTS magnet and current leads, tremendous research efforts was made not only in enhancing the performance uniformity along the whole length of the BSCCO tapes, but also in carrying out diversified tape-design to improve their application properties, which include reducing AC losses and thermal conductivity, increasing insulation properties and so on. Several research directions were put forward, based on improving the performance and lowering the manufacturing cost of BSCCO tapes.
