球磨和催化反應球磨制備的鎂基復合貯氫材料及其性能

摘 要: 以ZrFe1.4Cr0.6或TiO2作為催化相,利用球磨和催化反應球磨的方法制備了Mg基復合貯氫材料,研究了其吸放氫動力學特征、 循環(huán)性能和抗氧化性能。 即使在較低的溫度下, 該復合材料也具有優(yōu)良的動力學性能。 利用掃描電鏡、 能譜分析和X射線衍射分析對該復合材料吸放氫前后的變化進行了表征。研究表明, 覆蓋在Mg顆粒表面的細小的ZrFe1.4Cr0.6或TiO2粒子起到快速通過的作用,球磨引入了大量缺陷, 并使部分合金粉末進入Mg基體內(nèi)部,這都提高了復合材料的吸放氫速率。

Mg base hydrogen storage material prepared by ball-milling and reactive ball-milling and its properties

Abstract:Using ZrFe1.4Cr0.6 or TiO2 (rutile) as catalytic phase, the Mg base composites for hydrogen storage were successfully produced by ball-milling and reactive ball-milling methods. The absorption/desorption kinetics, cycling properties, as well as the resistance to oxidation of the composite were examined. These composites possess excellent kinetic properties, even at moderate temperature. Scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectrum, and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the composite before and after hydriding. The fine ZrFe1.4Cr0.6 or TiO2 particles covering Mg particles act as a “path”, a significant amount of imperfections and some alloy powder in the Mg matrix introduced by ball milling are all contributed to the enhanced absorption/desorption rate.
