摘 要: 對大線能量焊接耐火耐候建筑用鋼WGJ510C2的力學性能、 焊接性能及其典型應(yīng)用進行了研究。 試驗結(jié)果表明: 該鋼具有優(yōu)良的綜合力學性能,在600℃溫度下的屈服強度均高于其室溫下屈服強度的2/3, 完全滿足建筑結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼耐火安全性的強度許用指標;該鋼具有低的焊接冷裂紋敏感性, 能承受大線能量(50~100kJ/cm)焊接;該鋼在大型建筑應(yīng)用中的實際效果良好。

Abstract:The mechanical performance, weldability and usage of high fire-resistant and weathering construction steel named WGJ510C2 were evaluated. The results show that this steel has fine integrated mechanical performance and the yield strength of the steel at 600℃ is more than 2/3 of the yield strength at room temperature, which is suitable for the fire-resistant safety of constructions. The steel has low cold-cracking sensitivity and can bear high heat input (50-100kJ/cm). The practical use in huge constructions is excellent
