摘 要: 綜述了鋼的薄帶連鑄及鋁合金的薄帶鑄軋發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀， 簡要介紹了在高速鋼、 硅鋼和鎂合金的薄帶連鑄實(shí)驗(yàn)研究方面取得的進(jìn)展。認(rèn)為鋼的薄帶連鑄技術(shù)近年取得了重要突破， 未來10年薄帶連鑄技術(shù)可能快速發(fā)展；發(fā)展特殊性能或難加工合金的薄帶連鑄可充分發(fā)揮快速凝固的優(yōu)勢； 采用立式雙輥法可望進(jìn)一步提高鋁合金的澆鑄速度， 特別是高牌號鋁合金的澆鑄速度； 應(yīng)積極發(fā)展鎂合金的薄帶連鑄技術(shù)，以改善鎂合金板材的塑性加工及耐腐蝕問題。

Abstract:Developments of thin-strip casting of steels and thin-strip casting and rolling of aluminium alloys were summarized, and the experiment researches on thin-strip casting of high-speed-steel, silicon steel and magnesium alloys were briefly introduced. The results show that the thin-strip casting of steels has been advanced remarkably and will be fastly developed in the coming 10 years. The thin-strip casting can be combined with special alloys or alloys hard to process so as to make full use of advantages of rapid solidification. Casting speed of aluminium alloys can be probably increased by vertical twin-roll thin-strip casting, especially that with large solidification temperature range. And also the thin-strip casting of magnesium alloys should be thought much to improve the plastic processing and corruption of magnesium alloys.
