摘 要: 從熱噴涂技術(shù)的發(fā)展, 高速火焰噴涂(HVOF)涂層的性能, 包括耐磨性、 耐蝕性、 對(duì)基體耐疲勞性的影響,熱噴涂涂層替代電鍍硬鉻鍍層的成本以及應(yīng)用4個(gè)方面綜述了近年來熱噴涂技術(shù)替代電鍍硬鉻的研究進(jìn)展。指出熱噴涂技術(shù)已經(jīng)在航空、 冶金、 包裝印刷和造紙等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域部分替代了電鍍硬鉻工藝; 由于熱噴涂技術(shù)對(duì)于大工件、 厚涂層在性能和價(jià)格上的優(yōu)勢(shì), 熱噴涂技術(shù)在其他工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用也將得到迅速發(fā)展。

Abstract:The progress of thermal spray coating of hard Cr instead of plating was described, including history of thermal spray coating technique, properties (wear resistance, corrosion resistance) of HVOF coatings, effects on the fatigue of substrates, cost and applications. Thermal spray coating has been widely used in aerospace, metallurgy, packaging, printing and paper-making industries instead of traditional plating technique. Owing to the advantage in preparing large-sized and thick coatings, and in low cost, thermal coating can be applied in other industries very fast.
