摘 要: 有色金屬新材料是新材料的一個(gè)極其重要的組成部分。 大力發(fā)展有色金屬新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)， 加速有色金屬新材料的研究和開發(fā)，對(duì)促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有極其重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 我國(guó)有色金屬材料經(jīng)過幾十年的努力， 已經(jīng)在產(chǎn)量和規(guī)模方面取得了重大進(jìn)展， 是目前世界上的有色金屬生產(chǎn)大國(guó)。然而， 我國(guó)有色金屬材料行業(yè)在高附加值產(chǎn)品、 降低能耗、 可持續(xù)發(fā)展方面與世界先進(jìn)國(guó)家還有很大差距。 詳細(xì)闡述了我國(guó)有色金屬材料的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀， 指出了今后的發(fā)展方向和戰(zhàn)略。

Abstract:Nonferrous metal materials are among the most important parts of advanced materials. Developing nonferrous metal materials industry and accelerating the R&D of advanced nonferrous metal materials will necessarily be of strategic significance. By tens of years’ hardwork, China has made great progress in the production and the scale of nonferrous metal industry, and has been one of the biggest country in nonferrous metal industry. However, China has lagged behind developed countries in the high-valued products, lowering energy consumption and sustainable development. The status of China’s nonferrous metals industry was described in details, and the strategy and route maps for China’s advanced nonferrous metal materials industry were pointed out.
