氧化鋁生產技術

摘 要: 分析了我國一水硬鋁石型鋁土礦資源的特點及其對氧化鋁生產工藝流程、 能耗和成本的影響, 論述了為實現(xiàn)我國氧化鋁工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,高效低耗地開發(fā)利用我國中低品位一水硬鋁石礦資源的技術路線, 提出了采用選礦拜耳法、 石灰拜耳法、 新并聯(lián)法和串聯(lián)法等新技術改進現(xiàn)有的拜耳法和聯(lián)合法氧化鋁生產工藝以及亟待開發(fā)的節(jié)能降耗和提高質量的重大新工藝和關鍵技術。

Abstract:The characteristics of Chinese diasporic bauxite resource and the influences of its behaviors on alumina production processes were analyzed. The technology development for further utilization of Chinese middle-low grade diasporic bauxite with high efficiency and low consumption was discussed. The improvement directions and key technology to be developed in both Bayer Process and Combination Process in China were shown for the sustainable development of Chinese alumina industry.
