Zr基非晶合金多孔材料的制備與性能

摘 要: 采用液態(tài)金屬滲流法制備直徑為6 mm 的Zr基塊體多孔非晶合金,采用掃描電鏡(SEM)和X射線衍射儀(XRD)分析多孔材料的結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌、斷口特征和相組成,同時(shí)對(duì)多孔非晶合金的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:采用CaC2作為孔隙支撐材料,能夠制備出孔隙分布均勻、孔隙直徑為0.2~0.8 mm的多孔非晶合金,其密度和孔隙率分別為3.57 g/cm3和47%。壓縮力學(xué)性能實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:該多孔非晶合金的應(yīng)力—應(yīng)變曲線具有鋸齒狀變化規(guī)律,應(yīng)力逐漸降低,其最大強(qiáng)度和應(yīng)變分別為383 MPa和18.6%,應(yīng)變量遠(yuǎn)大于單相非晶合金的應(yīng)變量。

Fabrication and mechanical properties of
porous Zr-based bulk metallic glass

Abstract: A porous Zr-based bulk metallic glass with a diameter of 6 mm was fabricated by melt infiltrating casting method. The porous cell morphology, structure, fracture surface and phase constituent of the porous material were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD), respectively. And the mechanical properties and cell structure were also discussed. The results show that a uniform distribution of porous cells with size of 0.2−0.8 mm forms by introducing CaC2 particles as space holders. The density and porosity of the porous bulk metallic glass are 3.57 g/cm3 and 47%, respectively. The largest yield strength of this porous material is 384 MPa and it gradually declines accompanied by serrated flow under compression. The final failure occurs at a strain of 18.6%, well in excess of monolithic amorphous alloys.
