摘 要: 估算了CaB6的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生成熔、 恒壓熱容、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熵值。 通過計(jì)算CaO-B2O3-Mg反應(yīng)體系的絕熱溫度,確定了該體系自蔓延反應(yīng)進(jìn)行的可行性。 利用自蔓延高溫合成的優(yōu)點(diǎn), 以CaO, B2O3和Mg為原料制備CaB↓6。 對燃燒產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行X射線衍射分析, 從理論上確定了燃燒產(chǎn)物的浸出條件。 實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)了該工藝可行,并得到了理想的CaB6, 產(chǎn)品純度達(dá)96.82%。

CaB6 prepared by SHS

Abstract: The thermodynamic data of CaB6 were estimated. The adiabatic temperature was calculated. The SHS process was suggested to product CaB6, in which B2O3 and CaO were taken as raw materials and Mg as a reduction agent. The feasibility of the SHS reaction was determined consequently. It is proved that the SHS process is feasible and CaB6 with purity of 96.82% is obtained.
