摘 要: 研究了粉末冶金三元雙相Cu-44%Cr-12%Fe（質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)）合金在800℃時(shí)不同氧分壓下的氧化行為。 結(jié)果表明： Cr含量為44%時(shí)合金在1.01×105 Pa的純氧中并不能形成連續(xù)的外Cr2O3膜， 合金的氧化速度隨氧分壓的降低而降低， 原因是低氧分壓有助于抑制合金中Cr的內(nèi)氧化并形成連續(xù)致密的Cr2O3膜。討論了氧化膜的形成機(jī)制。

Abstract: The oxidation behavior of a two-phase ternary Cu-44%Cr-12%Fe（mass fraction） alloy prepared by powder metallurgy (PM) was studied at 800℃ under three different oxygen pressures. The surface of alloy with 44%Cr cannot produce a continuous external chromia when pressure of oxygen is 1.01×105 Pa, and the reduction of the oxidation rates at lowered oxygen pressures is obviously attributed to the formation of a continuous and compacted chromia scale. Finally the oxidation formation mechanism under different oxygen pressures was discussed.
