摘 要: 采用改進(jìn)的直接固相合成工藝, 制備了SrCe0.95-Yb0.05O3-α固體電解質(zhì)。 應(yīng)用AUTOLAB PGSTAT30型電化學(xué)工作站測(cè)定了不同溫度和不同氣氛下SrCe0.95-Yb0.05O3-α的阻抗譜, 在350~800℃內(nèi)電導(dǎo)率為6.3×10-5~4.8×10-3 S/cm, 計(jì)算得到電導(dǎo)活化能分別為0.63eV(空氣氣氛下), 0.46eV(水蒸氣氣氛下)。 研究結(jié)果表明, 該工藝方法簡(jiǎn)單, 能避免材料制備過(guò)程中雜質(zhì)的混入, 且制得的SrCe0.95-Yb0.05O3-α高溫質(zhì)子導(dǎo)體電性能良好。

Abstract: SrCe0.95-Yb0.05O3-αwas prepared by direct solid-state reaction. The AC impedance spectrums of SrCe0.95-Yb0.05O3-α were measured by AUTOLAB PGSTAT30 electrochemical measuring device at different testing temperatures and gas atmospheres. The conductivity of the electrolyte was 6.3×10-5~4.8×10-3 S/cm at the temperature range of 350~800℃. The activation energies were 0.63eV and 0. 46eV in air and water vapor, respectively. The results show that the improved technique is convenient. It can keep impurity out of the preparing procedure. The prepared high temperature protonic conduction SrCe0.95-Yb0.05O3-αhas good electric performance.
