摘 要: 運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)軟件對(duì)粒度分布振蕩曲線進(jìn)行定量解析,發(fā)現(xiàn)各振蕩曲線可表示為同樣的函數(shù)形式。綜合考慮曲線擬合效果及曲線方程的復(fù)雜性,采用函數(shù)對(duì)典型粒度分布振蕩曲線進(jìn)行擬合,相關(guān)系數(shù)R 均大于0.99,該函數(shù)適用于粒徑范圍內(nèi)大部分氫氧化鋁粒子粒度分布曲線的擬合。本研究成果可為種分過程中氫氧化鋁粒度分布的模擬提供數(shù)學(xué)模型,可為生產(chǎn)中氫氧化鋁粒度分布的預(yù)報(bào)及控制提供技術(shù)支撐。

hydroxide in seeded agglomeration process

Abstract:Quantitative analysis on oscillation curves of PSD was carried on by applying software called 1stOpt. The results show that all oscillation curves can be expressed as a function. Considering the fitting effect of curves and the complexity of fitting functions comprehensively, a function was adopted to fit typical oscillation curves of particle size distribution(PSD). The correlation coefficients of fitting are all lager than 0.99, and the fitting function is also suitable for PSD curves of most particles. The results can provide a mathematic model for a simulation of PSD of aluminum hydroxide in the seeded precipitation process, and they are also helpful to broadcast and control the PSD of aluminum hydroxide for alumina refinery.
