摘 要: 采用化學(xué)包裹法制備MoSi2/Cu復(fù)合粉體,研究MoSi2/Cu包裹粉體的物相組成、顆粒形貌及包裹粉體的熱穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合粉體的主要物相組成為Cu、MoSi2及自發(fā)氧化生成的Cu2O;包裹顆粒呈橢球形的蛋狀結(jié)構(gòu),包裹層厚度為150~400 nm,包裹效果較好;在氫氣爐中于950 ℃煅燒1 h后,復(fù)合粉體主要物相為Cu和MoSi2,強(qiáng)化相MoSi2未與基體Cu發(fā)生反應(yīng)。DSC分析表明:1 000 ℃以下復(fù)合粉體中只有Cu2Cl(OH)3和Cu2O的分解反應(yīng),復(fù)合粉體具有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性。

Abstract: MoSi2/Cu composite powder was prepared by using chemical coating method. The phase composition, morphology and thermal stability of coating powders were investigated. The results show that the main phases in the as-fabricated sample are Cu, MoSi2 and Cu2O introduced by spontaneous oxidation reaction. The coated particles have the egg structure. The thickness of coated layer is 150−400 nm and the effect of coating is good. The coated powders were calcined in a hydrogen atmosphere furnace at 950 ℃ for 1 h, the main phases after heating are Cu and MoSi2, and there are no reactions between MoSi2 and Cu. The results of DSC analysis show that there are only decomposition reactions of Cu2Cl(OH)3 and Cu2O in the calcined sample below 1 000 ℃. MoSi2/Cu composite powder has good thermal stability.
