摘 要: 根據(jù)草酸鈷的熱重/差熱分析曲線(xiàn)，利用熱分解法，在不同條件下由草酸鈷制備了各種Co3O4微粉，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了X射線(xiàn)衍射分析和掃描電鏡表征。結(jié)果表明：在低溫下制得了具有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Co3O4晶形結(jié)構(gòu)的樹(shù)枝狀Co3O4；在高溫下，尤其是采用兩段升溫制得了具有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)活性Co3O4晶形結(jié)構(gòu)的球形Co3O4，其中位粒徑為1.35 μm，松裝密度為0.83 g/cm3，并由此獲得了由草酸鈷熱分解制備活性球型Co3O4的分解條件。

Abstract: According to the thermogravimetric analysis of cobalt oxalate, different Co3O4 micropowders were prepared from cobalt oxalate by thermal decomposition at different condition, which were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that arborization Co3O4 with normal crystalline structure is prepared at the low temperature, while spherical shape Co3O4 with crystalline structure of normal activity is prepared at the high temperature, especially at two stage heating up, the medium size of particle(D50) is 1.35 μm, while the apparent density is 0.83 g/cm3.
