應(yīng)力—應(yīng)變關(guān)系的演變

摘 要: 在Gleeble-1500熱/力機上用專制的夾具系統(tǒng)對鋁合金鑄軋過程流變行為及其影響因素進行了系列的模擬實驗研究,得到了不同變形條件下鋁合金瞬態(tài)凝固連續(xù)固態(tài)流變成形過程中的形變規(guī)律。實驗表明鋁合金的[液-糊狀-固]流變過程存在4個不同特征階段,通過對實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行多元線性回歸分析,建立了適用于連續(xù)鑄軋這一特定工況條件下鋁合金流變本構(gòu)方程。

Abstract: A series of simulating experimental studies on the rheological behavior and its influential factors of aluminum alloy in continuous roll-casting process were explored with a Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulation tester and a set of special clamp system. Relevant rheological rules in the process of coupling transient solidification and continuous deformation of roll-casting conditions are obtained. Experimental results indicate that four different characteristic stages exist in the whole rheological process, and relative constitutive models suitable for the given conditions of continuous roll casting process are established through multivariable linear regression analysis of the experimental data.
