摘 要: 研究了Cu-11.5%Fe合金經(jīng)固溶和時效處理后導(dǎo)電性的變化規(guī)律。 采用SEM和TEM觀察了經(jīng)不同規(guī)范熱處理Cu-11.5%Fe合金的組織結(jié)構(gòu), 利用XRD測定了銅基體的晶格常數(shù), 得出時效處理對合金電阻率的影響規(guī)律, 并探討了合金電阻率變化的內(nèi)在原因。 結(jié)果表明: 影響合金導(dǎo)電性的主要因素是溶質(zhì)散射電阻、 析出應(yīng)變場散射電阻; 固溶處理的合金經(jīng)過550 ℃、 2 h時效處理, 可得到較低的電阻率。

Abstract: The effect of aging treatment on conductivity of Cu-11.5%Fe alloys was studied. The microstructures of Cu-11.5%Fe alloys after different aging treatment were studied by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The lattice parameter of Cu matrix was measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effect of aging on resistivity was obtained and the internal reason of resistivity change was discussed. The results show that the resistivity of Cu-Fe alloys are contributed mainly by the Fe impurity scattering and the scattering associated with strain fields of Fe precipitates. Cu-11.5%Fe alloys present favourite conductivity after aging at 550 ℃ for 2 h .
