金屬流動的有限元分析

摘 要: 應(yīng)用有限元方法分析了半固態(tài)擴(kuò)展擠壓A2017合金過程中金屬的流動規(guī)律。 分析表明：從中心區(qū)域向兩邊側(cè)壁， 合金速度逐漸減少， 有時(shí)在從中心向兩邊側(cè)壁的中間區(qū)域出現(xiàn)渦流過渡區(qū)； 不存在臺階θ時(shí)， 渦流區(qū)θ較小； 傾角越大， 渦流區(qū)域越小， 且死區(qū)較小； 定徑帶出口越寬， 出口流速越小， 渦流區(qū)越小，死區(qū)也越小。 設(shè)計(jì)無臺階且較小的傾角的擴(kuò)展擠壓模較為合理， 在定徑帶斷面的長向與寬向上， 尺寸應(yīng)盡量相等。

Abstract: Finite element modelling method was adopted to analysis rule of metal flowing during the process of semisolid extending extrusion A2107 alloy. The results show that alloy velocity decreases gradually from the center to sides of mould wall. In the middle of the way from the center to the side of the mould, sometime, there is a transitional turbulence zone. Without step α, turbulence zone is smaller. When θ is larger, both the turbulence zone and die zone are smaller. When the exit is wide, the velocity, the turbulence zone and the die zone are smaller. Designing a mould with smaller θ and without step α is desirable. Two sides of forming zone of negative mould should be equal as possible.
