摘 要: 通過W粉和Ni(NO3)2·6H2O在鉬包套內(nèi)反應(yīng), 制備出微米尺度的絨球狀結(jié)構(gòu)氧化鎢。 絨球狀結(jié)構(gòu)由長(zhǎng)度達(dá)數(shù)百微米、 外徑1~10 μm的微米管和直徑100~500 nm的亞微米纖維組成。 X射線衍射和透射電子顯微鏡分析表明: 產(chǎn)物為具有良好晶體結(jié)構(gòu)的沿[010]方向生長(zhǎng)的單斜結(jié)構(gòu)的W18O49。 這些通過Vapor-Solid(V-S)生長(zhǎng)機(jī)制形成的絨球狀結(jié)構(gòu)氧化鎢因?yàn)榫哂芯薮蟮谋砻娣e, 在微型半導(dǎo)體敏感元件方面具有巨大的應(yīng)用前景。

Abstract: Micrometer scale tungsten oxide with pompon-like structure was prepared by the reaction of the mixture powder of W and Ni(NO3)2 ·6H2O in a molybdenum envelopment. The pompon-like structure consists of microtubes with outer diameter of 1-10 μm and fibrils with diameter of 100-500 nm which are hundreds of micrometers in length. XRD and TEM analyses show that the as-synthesized product were well-crystallized monoclinic structure W18O49 with the axes preferentially aligned along the [010] direction. The pompon-like structure was formed by the Vapor-Solid (V-S) mechanism. With the huge surface of the unique pompon-like structure, the potential application of micrometer scale tungsten oxide in micro-sized semiconductor sensors would be promising.
