Nocardia在黃鐵礦和方鉛礦表面的選擇性吸附

摘 要:  研究了Nocardia在不同影響因素條件下在黃鐵礦和方鉛礦表面的選擇性吸附。結(jié)果表明: Nocardia在黃鐵礦和方鉛礦表面可發(fā)生明顯的選擇性吸附, 在黃鐵礦表面的最大吸附率為96.99%; 而在方鉛礦表面的吸附率為20%左右; 兩種礦物表面的吸附在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)即可達(dá)到平衡; pH值是影響Nocardia在兩種礦物表面發(fā)生選擇性吸附的關(guān)鍵因素,當(dāng)pH為3~10時(shí),選擇性吸附現(xiàn)象明顯; 而當(dāng)?shù)V漿濃度超過(guò)6 g/L和菌液濃度為0.5~4 g/L時(shí),有利于選擇性吸附; 溫度對(duì)吸附效果影響較小。 掃描電鏡檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明, Nocardia細(xì)胞外膜表面的菌絲是重要的吸附位;礦物解理面狀態(tài)、 Nocardia表面基團(tuán)的橋連作用和靜電力是導(dǎo)致選擇性吸附的關(guān)鍵。

Abstract: The selective adsorption of Nocardia on the surface of pyrite and galena was studied under the condition of various factors. The results show that selective adsorption of Nocardia on the surface of pyrite and galen is obvious. The maximum adsorption rate on the surface of pyrite is 96.99%, that on the surface of galena is about 20%. The adsorption balance can reach in a short time on the surface of both two sulfides. pH value is the key factor of influencing Nocardia selective adsorption on the surface of pyrite and galena, and the adsorption effect is apparent when pH is 3-10. The mineral slurry concentration over 6 g/L and bacterium density between 0.5 and 4 g/L are favorable to selective adsorption. Temperature has little effect on the attachment. The SEM result indicates that the mycelium on the surface of ectoblast of Nocardia cell is the important adsorption area. According to the experiments, it can be concluded that the state of mineral cleavage plane, the bridging function of the group on the surface of Nocardia and the electrostatic force are important factors.
