摘 要: 設(shè)計(jì)出兩種類型的澆口及澆注系統(tǒng)， 運(yùn)用有限元模擬軟件對兩種設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行模擬， 觀察液態(tài)金屬充型及凝固過程中流場和溫度場的分布。根據(jù)凝固規(guī)律有效預(yù)測鑄件中可能存在的縮孔及氣孔缺陷的分布與尺寸， 找出優(yōu)化的澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。 結(jié)果表明： 在澆注溫度655 ℃、 模具初始溫度200 ℃、 沖頭壓射速度3 m/s、真空度30 kPa情況下， 具有階梯分型面結(jié)構(gòu)的澆注系統(tǒng)優(yōu)于平直分型面結(jié)構(gòu)； 同時(shí)在優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上生產(chǎn)出具有致密微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的鎂合金零件。

Abstract: In order to observe fluid and temperature field of molten metal filling and solidifying process, two pouring systems were designed to simulate the vacuum die casting process with finite element software. According to solidification laws to forecast the distribution and size of macro prosity and gas porosity that may exist in the castings, a better pouring system was found. The result shows under the condition of pouring temperature 655 ℃, mold initial temperature 200 ℃, plunger injection speed 3 m/s, vacuum degree 30 kPa, the structure of ladder parting surface is better than the one of straight parting surface. The magnesium parts that have compact microstructures are produced successfully.
