摘 要: 為揭示上流式厭氧反應器(UASB)改性污泥處理含鉻廢水過程中硫酸根還原與化學需氧量(COD)的去除、 微生物增長之間的定量關系, 在合理的假設及分析下, 通過理論推導建立了COD降解與硫酸根還原的動力學模型, 并通過實驗測得了動力學參數(shù)。 用不同硫酸根濃度下UASB改性污泥體系處理含鉻廢水過程中的數(shù)據(jù)對所建動力學模型進行了驗證, S2-的實測值和理論值擬合很好(R=0.986 7), 表明所建動力學模型可以描述UASB改性污泥處理含鉻廢水過程。

Abstract: Quantitative relationship among sulfate-reducing, chemical oxygen demand(COD)-removal and microorganism-growth was investigated, which is of importance for chromium-containing wastewater treatment in upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB). Then, with reasonable assumption and analysis, dynamic model of sulfate-reducing and COD-removal was constructed through theoretical deduction, accordingly dynamic parameters were deter mined by experiments. Furthermore, the dynamic model was testified by actual experimental data, the measured and theoretical values of S2- in UASB under different sulfate concentrations of input are accordant (R=0.986 7), which indicates that the model can be used to describe the process of chromium-containing wastewater treatment in UASB completely.
