玻璃形成能力與熱穩(wěn)定性

摘 要: 采用銅模鑄造法, 可以制備出直徑為3 mm的非晶圓柱棒。 結(jié)合差熱分析、 X射線衍射和透射電鏡分析測試結(jié)果,從動力學(xué)和結(jié)構(gòu)學(xué)等方面闡述了Ni元素對Fe58Co10-xNixZr10Mo5W2B15(x=0, 3, 4, 5, 6, 摩爾分?jǐn)?shù), %)合金系玻璃形成能力和熱穩(wěn)定性的影響。 結(jié)果表明: Ni元素含量的微量變化可以明顯改善Fe58Co10-xNixZr10Mo5W2B15(x=0, 3, 4, 5, 6)合金系的玻璃形成能力;當(dāng)Ni含量達(dá)到4%時(shí), Fe58Co6Ni4Zr10Mo5W2B15具有最佳的玻璃形成能力,晶化溫度(Tx)、 玻璃轉(zhuǎn)變溫度(Tg)、過冷液相區(qū)寬度(ΔTx)、 玻璃形成能力判據(jù)Trg和γ分別為887 K、 957 K、 70 K、 0.590 2和0.400 4。

Abstract: The 3 mm diameter amorphous rods were prepared by the copper mold casting technique. And the influences of Ni addition on the glass-forming ability (GFA) and thermal stability of Fe58Co10-xNixZr10Mo5W2B15 (x=0, 3, 4, 5, 6, mole fraction, %) alloys were presented from kinetics and structure aspects according to differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), X-ray diffractrometry (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the glass-forming ability of Fe58Co10-xNixZr10Mo5W2B15 alloys system can be obviously improved by the addition of Ni element. When the content of Ni element is up to 4%, Fe58Co6Ni4Zr10Mo5W2B15 alloys with the crystallization temperature (Tx) of 887 K, glass transition temperature (Tg) of 957 K, temperature interval of supercooled liquid region (ΔTx) of 70 K, reduced glass transition temperature (Trg) of 0.590 2 and the value of a GFA parameter (γ) of 0.400 4, has the highest GFA among the studied alloys.
