摘 要: 采用溫壓-原位反應(yīng)法制備C/C-SiC復(fù)合材料， 研究了SiC、 石墨和樹(shù)脂炭成分對(duì)C/C-SiC材料摩擦磨損行為的影響及其機(jī)理。 結(jié)果表明： SiC在摩擦表面摩擦膜的形成過(guò)程中起骨架作用， 提高SiC的含量有利于提高摩擦系數(shù)， 降低磨損率； 樹(shù)脂炭在材料中具有粘結(jié)各成分和提高摩擦系數(shù)的作用， 但其成膜性較差， 易增大磨損率； 石墨粉在制動(dòng)過(guò)程中起潤(rùn)滑作用， 適量石墨粉有助于形成穩(wěn)定的摩擦膜降低磨損率； 摩擦表面摩擦膜的形成有利于減少C/C-SiC材料的磨損率。

Abstract: C/C-SiC composites were fabricated by warm compacted-in situ reacted process, and the effect and mechanism of SiC, graphite and resin carbon on friction and wear behaviors of C/C-SiC composites were investigated. The results indicate that, SiC acts as a framework in the course of forming friction film on the surface of a sample, and SiC is propitious to improve friction coefficient and lighten wear. Resin carbon makes all components compacted and enhances the friction coefficient, but with resin carbon increasing the wear is prone to increase. Graphite is a lubricant and its moderate content helps to forming friction film and to decrease wear. In the course of braking, to form film on the frictionizing surface of C/C-SiC composites is in favor of decreasing wear.
