摘 要: 分別采用Mg還原Nb2O5工藝、高能球磨工藝和Nb還原Nb2O5工藝制備了低價鈮氧化物。結(jié)果表明: Mg還原Nb2O5工藝反應(yīng)不易控制,產(chǎn)物物相復(fù)雜、 粒度粗、 粒形簡單, 以其為原料制作的陽極比容低、 內(nèi)阻高; 高能球磨工藝制備的低價鈮氧化物粒度細(xì), 比容可達(dá)107 mF·V/g, 但由于引入了雜質(zhì), 漏電流大; Nb還原Nb2O5工藝制備的低價鈮氧化物具有優(yōu)良的電性能,比容、 損耗、 漏電流(K值)分別達(dá)到69.5 mF·V/g、11.25%、1.8×10-4 μA/(μF·V), 其電性能指標(biāo)優(yōu)于FTa16-300電容器鉭粉國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Abstract: The preparation of niobium suboxide by Mg reduction procedure, high energy ball milling procedure and Nb reduction Nb2O5 procedure was introduced, respectively. The Mg reduction procedure is difficult to control, and the production phase is complex, with comparatively coarse particle size and simpleness granule figure. The specific capacity is smaller, and the loss is higher than that of anodes prepared by two other processes. The particle size of production of high energy ball milling procedure is fine, and its specific capacity is 107 mF·V/g. Induction of impurity results in higher leak current. The electrical property of Nb suboxide of preparation by Nb reduction Nb2O5 procedure is eximious. The specific capacity is 69.5 mF·V/g, the loss is 11.25%, leakage current (K) is 1.8×10-4μA/(μF·V), and its electrical properties are better than those of the national standard of FTa16-300 tantalum powder for capacitor.
