BK992萃取除銅凈化硫酸鎳鈷溶液

摘 要: 以BK992為萃取劑, 從廢鎳合金硫酸溶液中萃取分離銅, 研究了pH值、 相比(O/A)、 BK992濃度和萃取時(shí)間對(duì)萃取的影響, 確定了BK992萃取銅的優(yōu)化條件。 結(jié)果表明: BK992的萃銅速度很快, 隨著pH值升高, 銅萃取率增大, 但當(dāng)pH大于4.0時(shí), 鎳鈷損失較大; 相比越大, 萃取分離效果越好; BK992濃度的影響也較大, 隨著BK992濃度增加, 銅分配比增大。 室溫下BK992萃取銅的最佳工藝條件: BK992濃度為20%, 相比O/A為1∶2, 水相初始pH為3.0, 萃取時(shí)間為10 min。 在優(yōu)化條件下, 待處理液的一級(jí)萃取率達(dá)93.06%, 20%BK992萃銅的飽和容量為17.30 g/L; 一級(jí)反萃率達(dá)91.79%, 銅凈傳遞量為15.88 g/L。

Extraction of copper from nickel and cobalt sulfate solution with BK992

Abstract: Copper was extracted from nickel and cobalt sulfate with BK992. The effects of pH of aqueous solution, the phase ratio(O/A), concentration of BK992 and reaction time on the extraction were investigated. The results show that the extraction reaches equilibrium quickly. With increasing pH of the aqueous solution, the effect of copper extraction from the solution is improved greatly, but the mass loss of nickel and cobalt occurs when the pH is above 4.0. The bigger the O/A ratio is, the better the effect of the extraction is. With the increasing content of BK992, the distribution ratio of copper increases. The optimum conditions are determined that concentration of BK992 in the organic phase is 20% (volume fraction), the phase ratio (O/A) is 1∶2, pH of the aqueous solution is 3.0, and the reaction time is 10 min. Under the optimized operating conditions, copper can be extracted effectively and the extraction rate at the first stage reaches 93.06%, the extraction capacity of BK992 is 17.30 g/L and the stripping rate reaches 91.79%, the pure transfer mass of copper is 15.88 g/L.
