硬質(zhì)合金混合料制備新工藝特征分析

摘 要:  針對(duì)超細(xì)硬質(zhì)合金混合料制備過程中出現(xiàn)的研磨與分散問題, 開發(fā)了一種混合料制備新工藝。 采用掃描電鏡、 X射線能譜儀以及金相顯微鏡對(duì)分別采用傳統(tǒng)工藝與新工藝制備的WC-8%Co硬質(zhì)合金脫蠟壓坯斷面WC與Co的分布、合金燒結(jié)體表面粘結(jié)相與WC硬質(zhì)相的分布以及合金的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究, 揭示了硬質(zhì)合金混合料制備新工藝具有較高的研磨與分散效率的特點(diǎn)。新工藝的研磨與分散機(jī)理是: 通過混合濕磨介質(zhì)的表面活性劑效應(yīng), 促進(jìn)濕磨介質(zhì)在粉末顆粒缺陷處的滲透, 從而促進(jìn)粉末顆粒的破碎與團(tuán)聚體的分散; 通過表面活性劑穩(wěn)定與高分子穩(wěn)定的作用,阻止?jié)衲ミ^程中粉末的團(tuán)聚。

Characteristic analysis on new preparation technique of cemented carbide slurry

Abstract: Focused on the grinding and dispersion issues in the preparation of ultrafine-cemented carbide slurry, a new technique for the preparation of cemented carbide slurry was developed. The distribution of WC and cobalt / binder on the cross section of the de-waxed green compacts and the sinter skins, and the microstructures of WC-8%Co cemented carbide prepared by conventional and new techniques, respectively, were studied by SEM, EDXS and optical microscope to identify the character of the new technique. It is shown that the new technique can be characterized by high efficiency of grinding and dispersion, which is due to the surfactant effect of the multicomponent ball-milling medium and the particle-stabilization effects of the surfactant and macromolecule. The former facilitates the penetration of the milling medium through the defects of particles and thus facilitates the fragmentation of particles and aggregations; the latter can prevent the agglomeration of the cracked particles.
