摘 要: 利用自制的模擬重力高速電鍍槽, 考察了在硫酸鹽鍍鋅過(guò)程中,陰極電流密度、 鍍液流速、 鍍層厚度3個(gè)主要電鍍工藝參數(shù)對(duì)所得鋅層的粗糙度的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn): 鍍層的粗糙度隨電流密度(30~70A/dm2)的增加呈現(xiàn)先下降后增加的趨勢(shì),隨鍍液流速(0.8~2.0 m/s)的增加而單調(diào)下降, 隨鍍層厚度(20~90 g/m2)的增加而單調(diào)增加。在對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上, 討論了這3組數(shù)據(jù)之間的關(guān)系,解釋了其對(duì)粗糙度影響的原因。 同時(shí)考察了這些參數(shù)對(duì)鍍層微觀形貌的影響, 發(fā)現(xiàn)鍍層的微觀形貌也顯著地受這些參數(shù)的影響。

Abstract: Simulation gravity high-speed plating bath was used to study the technology of high-speed galvanization.The influence of three chief process parameters on the surface roughness was evaluated.These parameters include cathode current density, flow velocity of plating solution and thickness of galvanization coating.It is found that the surface roughness initially decreases and then increases with the increasing of current density(30-70 A/dm2); and decreases constantly as the flow velocity(0.8-2.0 m/s) of plating solution increases; however it increases monotonously along with the thickness of the galvanization coating(20-90 g/m2). On the basis of analysis of the data and figures, the relationship among the parameters was discussed, and the reason for influencing the roughness was illustrated. And the influence of three parameters on the micromorphology of coating was studied. It is found that the parameters have a great influence on the micromorphology of galvanization coating.
