摘 要: 通過(guò)隨機(jī)抽樣和統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法對(duì)定向凝固高溫合金的彈性常數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析。 結(jié)果表明: 由于合金晶粒數(shù)目較少,彈性常數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果的變異系數(shù)較大, 證實(shí)定向凝固高溫合金橫向性能分散性較大; 由抽樣檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn), 定向凝固高溫合金的彈性常數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)上近似服從正態(tài)分布; 應(yīng)該采用統(tǒng)計(jì)方法描述定向凝固合金的力學(xué)行為。

Abstract: Directionally solidified superalloy's elastic constants were analyzed by employing statistical and random sampling methods. The results show that the coefficient of variation of elastic constants is fairly large because specimen has very few grains, which proves that the transverse elastic properties of directionally solidified superalloy present considerably scattered and satisfy normal distribution. The statistical analysis should be employed to describe directionally solidified superalloy's mechanical behavior.
