摘 要: 介紹了鎂合金變形及退火織構(gòu)的組分與特點， 論述了在擠壓、 軋制、 等徑角擠壓等塑性變形及退火過程中鎂合金織構(gòu)的演變規(guī)律及形成機理，分析了織構(gòu)與鎂合金力學性能的基本關系， 探討了合金元素、 變形溫度、 應變速度、 外加應力及晶粒度等基本因素對鎂合金織構(gòu)特征與各向異性的影響。 結(jié)果表明： 織構(gòu)對鎂合金力學性能的影響，其實質(zhì)是通過改變各滑移系特別是｛0001｝［1120］基面滑移系的Schmid因子、 產(chǎn)生織構(gòu)強化或軟化而實現(xiàn)的。

Abstract: The characteristics and components of textures in magnesium alloys were presented. The mechanism of the formation and evolution of textures during plastic deformation such as extrusion, rolling, equal channel angle extrusion processes and annealing were reviewed, followed by the analysis of the effects of textures on mechanical properties of magnesium alloys. The influences of main factors such as alloy elements, deformation temperature, strain, strain rate and grain size on texture and anisotropy of magnesium alloys were discussed. The results show that textures affect mechanical properties of magnesium alloys mainly by altering the Schmid factors of all slips, especially basal slip systems and inducing texture strengthening and softening.
