摘 要: 以大紅山、 曼南坎和滇灘等精礦的粒度以及膨潤(rùn)土用量和潤(rùn)磨時(shí)間為因子, 以生球落下強(qiáng)度、 生球爆裂溫度、 預(yù)熱球抗壓強(qiáng)度和焙燒球抗壓強(qiáng)度為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo), 進(jìn)行了五因子二次回歸組合實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。 結(jié)果表明: 隨著鐵精礦小于0.074 mm粒級(jí)含量的增加, 生球爆裂溫度下降, 預(yù)熱球和焙燒球抗壓強(qiáng)度提高; 當(dāng)鐵精礦小于0.074 mm粒級(jí)含量小于75%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))時(shí), 生球落下強(qiáng)度逐漸上升, 當(dāng)小于0.074 mm粒級(jí)含量為75%時(shí), 生球落下強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值, 之后有下降趨勢(shì)。 并不是鐵精礦粒度越細(xì)球團(tuán)強(qiáng)度就會(huì)越好, 鐵精礦粒度還應(yīng)該滿足一個(gè)合適的粒度組成。

Abstract: Orthogonal experiments were done by using different size distribution of Dahongshan concentrate, Mannankan concentrate, Diantan concentrate, bentonite dosage and time of damp milling and so on as factors, and the drop strength of green pellet, shock temperature of green pellet, compression strength of preheat pellet, compression strength of backing pellet as evaluating index.The results show that as the content of less than 0.074 mm grade iron concentrate increases, the shock temperature of green compression decreases; the strength of preheated pellet and the compression strength of backing pellet are improved; the drop strength of green pellet of iron concentrate increases when the content of less than 0.074 mm grade iron concentrate is lower than 75%; when the content of less than 0.074 mm grade iron concentrate is 75%, the drop strength of green pellet of mixed material is maximum. It can be concluded that the palletizing quality does not become better throughout as iron concentrate size decreases, actually iron concentrate should have a good size distribution.
