摘 要: 采用結(jié)構(gòu)功能化設(shè)計(jì)理念， 使用共擠壓成形工藝制備具有胞狀結(jié)構(gòu)的NiFe2O4/Ni金屬陶瓷坯體。試樣在1 350 ℃的氮?dú)鈿夥障逻M(jìn)行燒結(jié)。 結(jié)果表明， 在構(gòu)造胞狀結(jié)構(gòu)過程中， 有機(jī)添加劑起到了粉末流動(dòng)載體及對(duì)坯件的保形作用。 對(duì)所得試樣導(dǎo)電性能及力學(xué)性能的分析結(jié)果表明， 與同等Ni含量NiFe2O4/Ni均勻體試樣相比， 胞狀結(jié)構(gòu)試樣的電導(dǎo)率有顯著提高且與富Ni層中的金屬含量有關(guān)； 雖然胞狀結(jié)構(gòu)材料的抗彎強(qiáng)度高于同等金屬含量NiFe2O4/Ni均勻體， 但隨著富Ni層金屬含量的提高材料的抗彎強(qiáng)度呈下降趨勢。

Abstract: The NiFe2O4/Ni cermets with cellular microstructure were prepared by the co-extrusion forming process based on the concept of functionally design. The microstructure, conductivity and mechanical properties were investigated using the samples sintered at 1 350 ℃ in N2 atmosphere. The results indicate that the chosen additive is the carrier of powder and has a good effect of holding shape in co-extrusion process. The conductivity of the sample with cellular microstructure is higher than that of the conventional material with similar Ni content, and the conductivity increases with the increasing Ni content of rich metal layers. Although the bending strength of the sample with cellular microstructure is higher than that of conventional material with similar Ni content, it decreases with the increasing Ni content of rich metal layers.
