制備條件對納米鎳粉電化學(xué)性能的影響

摘 要:  在水、 乙二醇和1, 2-丙二醇3種溶液中, 以NiSO4·6H2O為主鹽、 水合肼為還原劑制備納米鎳粉, 然后將鎳粉壓制成片狀電極。 采用X射線衍射分析鎳粉的成分, SEM和TEM表征其微觀形貌, XPS研究片狀鎳電極表面的化學(xué)狀態(tài), 并在堿性溶液中進行循環(huán)伏安測試。 結(jié)果表明: 納米鎳粉的制備條件對其電化學(xué)性能存在明顯的影響, 在乙二醇溶液中制得的鎳粉呈分散狀態(tài), 且顆粒尺寸分布均勻, 直徑為30~100 nm, 較在其它兩種溶液中制備的鎳粉電極具有更高的氧化還原電流密度, 即具有更高的電化學(xué)活性。

Effect of preparation condition on electrochemical property of nano-nickel powders

Abstract: By selecting NiSO4·6H2O and hydrazine hydrate as main component and reducing agent, respectively, the nickel powders were obtained from distilled water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol solutions, respectively. Then, by pressing powders, nickel electrode was prepared. The composition and micromorphologies of the nickel powders were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, SEM and TEM. The different chemical states on the surface of nickel powder electrode were detected by XPS. By the cyclic voltammetry methods, the electrochemical properties of nickel electrode were investigated. The results show that the preparation conditions affect significantly the electrochemical properties of nickel powder electrode. When obtained in the ethylene glycol solutions, the nickel powders are effectively dispersed, and the distributions of powders size (30-100 nm) are uniform. Compared with other electrodes obtained in the distilled water or propylene glycol solutions, the nickel power electrode obtained in the ethylene glycol solutions has higher redox current density and electrochemical catalytic activity.
