摘 要: 采用脈沖電沉積方法對三價鉻電沉積Ni-Cr合金鍍層工藝進行研究, 確定并優(yōu)化三價鉻脈沖電沉積Ni-Cr合金的最佳鍍液配方及工藝參數。 研究鍍液中各成分及工藝參數對三價鉻脈沖電沉積Ni-Cr合金厚度及合金鍍層中鉻的影響, 利用掃描電鏡和電子能譜分析Ni-Cr合金鍍層的形貌、 微觀結構和化學組成。 結果表明, 鍍層厚度和Ni-Cr合金中鉻含量在不同濃度的絡合劑、 穩(wěn)定劑、 乙酸鈉及不同的電流密度、 溫度、 pH值、 占空比和脈沖頻率下都存在極大值, 且Ni-Cr合金厚度隨合金中鉻含量的增加而減少。 當鉻含量為24%時, 鍍層的厚度大于10 μm, 無裂紋, 其晶粒為納米球狀晶粒。

Abstract: The technology of pulse electrodeposition of nanocrystalline Ni-Cr alloy from trivalent chromium bath was studied.The optimum bath and operating conditions were obtained. The influences of the composition of the bath and the operating conditions on the thickness and the Cr contents of Ni-Cr plating layer were investigated. By SEM, EDS and XRD analyses, the morphology, microstructure and chemical composition were investigated. The results show that both the thickness of Ni-Cr plating layer and the contents of Cr have the maximum value under different concentration of complex agent, stabilizer, acetate and different temperature, current density, pH value, ratio of occupation and empty to pulse frequency, and the thickness decreases with the increase of Cr content.The thickness of the plating layer is above 10 μm and the crystal of chromium deposits with no-crackle is nanocrystalline when the content of Cr is 24%(mass fraction).
