摘 要: 采用溶膠-凝膠法制備了粒徑為30~60 nm的SrCe0.9Y0.1O3-α超細粉, 并用此粉體制得了致密高溫質(zhì)子導(dǎo)電陶瓷, 研究了成型壓力對素坯的影響, 陶瓷的燒結(jié)行為及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)。 結(jié)果表明: 當成型壓力為20~250 MPa時, 素坯的相對密度會呈現(xiàn)峰值(54.25%); 根據(jù)陶瓷的線性收縮率的變化趨勢, 將燒結(jié)分為燒結(jié)初期(<1 150 ℃), 燒結(jié)中期(1 150~1 250 ℃)和燒結(jié)后期(>1 250 ℃)3個階段; 采用RCS(速控?zé)Y(jié))燒結(jié)制度在較短的燒結(jié)時間里獲得相對密度為98 %且平均晶粒尺寸小于1 μm的致密陶瓷; SEM觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)陶瓷斷口的孔洞中出現(xiàn)了新物相, 推測其主要成分可能是SrCO3。

Abstract: The fine SrCe0.9Y0.1O3-α powders with the size range of 30-60 nm were prepared by sol-gel method, and then were used to prepare dense proton conducting ceramics. The influences of compaction pressures on green relative densities, sintering behavior and microstructure were studied. The green relative density reaches the peak value(54.25%) at the compaction pressure range of 20~250 MPa. According to the linear shrinkage rate of ceramics, the sintering process can be divided into three stages: initial stage(<1 150 ℃), medial stage(1 150-1 250 ℃) and final stage(>1 250 ℃). The dense ceramic with relative density of 98% and average grain size of less than 1 μm can be achieved within a shorter dwelling time by rate-controlled sintering(RCS) process. The new phases like flowers appear in the hole of ceramics fracture through SEM analysis. The components are supposed to be SrCO3.
