摘 要: 提出一種基于電磁感應(yīng)原理的測(cè)量液態(tài)金屬材料磁化率變化的方法并開(kāi)發(fā)相應(yīng)裝置, 分析該裝置的基本工作原理。 使用該裝置測(cè)量CuSn合金在溫度變化時(shí)磁化率的變化情況。 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明, 樣品在相變點(diǎn)處其磁化率有明顯的變化。 液態(tài)CuSn合金的磁化率的倒數(shù)與溫度成線(xiàn)性關(guān)系, 但在925 ℃附近, 其斜率有明顯的變化。 通過(guò)液態(tài)合金的粘度實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí), Cu75Sn25合金的結(jié)構(gòu)在925 ℃時(shí)發(fā)生了相應(yīng)的變化。

Abstract: Based on the law of electromagnetic induction, a method to measure the magnetic susceptibility variation of liquid metals was proposed and the instrument was developed. The fundamental of the instrument was also analyzed. Using the instrument, the variation of the magnetic susceptibility of CuSn alloys with temperature was measured. The results show that the magnetic susceptibility changes distinctly at the phase transition temperature. Above the melting point, the reciprocal of the magnetic susceptibility exhibits a linear relationship with temperature. At about 925 ℃, the slope of the curve changes clearly. The structure of the molten Cu75Sn25 alloy changes at this temperature, which is confirmed by the variation of the viscosity of the molten alloy.
