摘 要: 采用溶膠-凝膠法制備含有不同摻雜離子的TiO2溶膠和納米粉, 采用浸漬提拉法將溶膠涂敷在自制的多孔陶瓷膜件上, 考察其對蟻酸溶液(1%)的光降解作用。 研究結(jié)果表明, 在適宜摻雜濃度(1%Fe3+, 0.5%La3+(摩爾濃度))下,F(xiàn)e3+/La3+-TiO2膜的光催化性能最好。 采用X射線衍射儀分析、原子力電子顯微鏡和吸收光譜儀等研究單獨摻雜Fe3+、 La3+和復(fù)合摻雜Fe3+/La3+離子的作用及膜的性能, 從而確定出提高TiO2光催化活性的最佳摻雜工藝。

Abstract: The TiO2 sol and nano-powders with different dopants were prepared by sol-gel method. The nano-film was coated on the self-made porous ceramic by dipping-lift process. The photodegradation of formic acid solution(1%) on TiO2 film with different dopants was studied. The results show that the Fe3+/La3+-TiO2 film with the appropriate doping concentration (1%Fe3+, 0.5%La3+ (mole fraction)) has better photocatalytic activity. The roles and mechanism of doping Fe3+, La3+ and co-doping Fe3+/La3+ ions were studied by XRD and absorption spectra. And the appropriate doping procedure for increasing TiO2 photocatalytic activity was determined.
