摘 要: 對(duì)兩種不同的炭/炭復(fù)合材料濕態(tài)下的摩擦磨損性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。 結(jié)果表明: 具有粗糙層熱解炭的炭/炭剎車副由于其晶格結(jié)構(gòu)較為完善, 生長(zhǎng)組織擇優(yōu)取向度和各向異性度均高于含有光滑層結(jié)構(gòu)熱解炭的炭/炭剎車副。 前者的石墨化度及可石墨化能力均大于后者, 由于前者的表面缺陷較少, 所吸附的水分子較少, 因而在濕態(tài)下剎車時(shí), 其剎車力矩將很快恢復(fù)到正常干態(tài)剎車時(shí)的力矩水平, 對(duì)環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力大于光滑層結(jié)構(gòu)的炭/炭剎車副。

Abstract: The tribological properties of two different carbon/carbon composites under wet condition were analyzed. The results show that the carbon/carbon composites with rough lamina have preferred orientation, higher anisotropy and graphitization degree than the carbon/carbon composites with smooth lamina. The braking moment of the former under wet condition raises to that under dry condition rapidly for its better microstructure with little water molecule adsorbed in defect, the adaptability to environment is stronger than that of the carbon/carbon composites with smooth lamina.
