低頻電磁鑄造AZ41鎂合金的熱壓縮流變與組織

摘 要:  采用Gleeble-1500D熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)、 差熱分析儀和光學(xué)顯微鏡等對(duì)低頻電磁鑄造AZ41鎂合金鑄錠熱壓縮流變特征及微觀組織進(jìn)行研究。 結(jié)果表明: AZ41鎂合金鑄錠熱壓縮變形存在明顯的動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)和動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶特征; 當(dāng)溫度為453~523 K時(shí), 以動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)為主; 當(dāng)溫度為593~723 K時(shí), 以動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶為主要機(jī)制; 當(dāng)溫度為593 K, 應(yīng)變速率為1.0 s-1時(shí), 形變激活能最低, 流變過(guò)程最穩(wěn)定, 中心和邊緣部位的晶粒得到明顯細(xì)化。 在變形期間, Mg17Al12相的破碎和溶解促進(jìn)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶顯著發(fā)生。

Thermal compressing flow and microstructure of AZ41 magnesium alloy cast by low frequency electrical magnetic field

Abstract: The characteristics of thermal compressing flow and microstructure of AZ41 magnesium alloy cast by low frequency electrical magnetic field (LFEMC) were studied through thermal simulation tester Gleeble-1500D.The results show that there exist obviously dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization (DRX) during thermal compression of the LFEMC AZ41 magnesium alloy. The dynamic recovery is prominent character at 453-523 K, but DRX is prominent behavior at 593-723 K. The flow process is the most stable and the microstructures at the center and the edge of specimens are markedly refined by DRX at the temperature of 593 K and the strain rate of 1.0 s-1. The crash and dissolution of Mg17Al12 phase accelerate DRX during deforming.
