摘 要: 綜述了鎂及鎂合金動態(tài)再結(jié)晶方面的研究現(xiàn)狀, 介紹了鎂及鎂合金室溫或高溫塑性變形行為, 包括應(yīng)力—應(yīng)變特征及其影響因素、 應(yīng)變速率方程和流變應(yīng)力方程; 描述了該合金在不同變形條件下發(fā)生塑性變形時的位錯、 孿晶、 亞結(jié)構(gòu)等微觀組織演變以及各種動態(tài)再結(jié)晶如孿生動態(tài)再結(jié)晶、 低溫動態(tài)再結(jié)晶、 連續(xù)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶、 不連續(xù)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶和旋轉(zhuǎn)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶的機理及其特點; 最后討論了動態(tài)再結(jié)晶與塑性變形之間的相互關(guān)系, 并提出了鎂及鎂合金動態(tài)再結(jié)晶研究的發(fā)展趨勢。

dynamic recrystallization in
pure magnesium and its alloys

Abstract: Some aspects of present research on dynamic recrystallization in pure magnesium and its alloys were reviewed. The mechanical behaviors, including stress—strain characteristics, strain rate equation and flow stress equation, during plastic deformation at ambient or elevated temperatures were discussed in detail. The evolution of dislocation, twinning and substructure during plastic deformation under different conditions was also discussed. The mechanisms and characteristics of dynamic recrystallization(DRX) such as twinning DRX, low temperature DRX, continuous DRX, discontinuous DRX and rotation DRX, the correlation between plastic deformation and DRX as well as the research prospect on DRX in pure magnesium and its alloys were summarized or proposed.
