摘 要: 利用粉煤灰通過水熱合成反應(yīng)合成了單一方鈉石,并對其進行了表征。經(jīng)XRD分析,合成產(chǎn)物為單一方鈉石,理想的結(jié)構(gòu)式為Na8Al6Si6O24Cl24,晶胞參數(shù)為a0 =0.889 nm,z=1。經(jīng)SEM觀察,合成產(chǎn)物為規(guī)則球形,球形顆粒表面粗糙,緊密連接;合成的方鈉石與原料粉煤灰化學(xué)組成最明顯的變化是硅含量減少,S/A(SiO2與Al2O3質(zhì)量比)由2.3降低至2.0。紅外光譜和差熱分析均顯示了合成產(chǎn)物中自由水的存在。

Abstract: Sodalite was synthesized from coal fly ash through hydrothermal reaction and was characterized.The main crystal mineral in synthesized product is sodalite by XRD and its ideal chemical structure formula is Na8Al6Si6O24Cl24. The cell parameters are a0=0.889 nm, z=1. The results show that the crystal structure of synthesized product is spherical and rough adhered to each other. The mass ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3 decreases from 2.3 to 2.0 during the synthesis process compared to chemical compositions of coal fly ash and synthesized product. The FT-IR spectrum and DTA curves indicate there is the free water in the synthesized product.
