摘 要: 在弱堿性溶液中,采用改進(jìn)的水熱法合成魚(yú)骨狀LaVO4和LaVO4׃Eu3+納米晶體。用X射線衍射、透射電鏡、高分辨透射電鏡、紫外−可見(jiàn)光和熒光光譜(PL)研究樣品的結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)光性能,并探討溶液pH值、反應(yīng)時(shí)間和反應(yīng)溫度對(duì)產(chǎn)品形貌和顆粒大小的影響。結(jié)果說(shuō)明:前驅(qū)體溶液的pH值對(duì)產(chǎn)品形貌起關(guān)鍵作用,而反應(yīng)時(shí)間和溫度僅改變產(chǎn)品顆粒的尺寸;水熱反應(yīng)有助于魚(yú)骨狀LaVO4׃Eu3+晶體從單斜獨(dú)居石型結(jié)構(gòu)向四方鋯石型的轉(zhuǎn)變,而摻雜Eu3+的LaVO4的晶格對(duì)稱(chēng)性下降,而其熒光性卻得到加強(qiáng)。

fishbone-like Eu3+-doped LaVO4 nanocrystals

Abstract:Fishbone-like LaVO4 and LaVO4׃Eu3+ nanocrystallines were synthesized in basic media by modified hydrothermal process. The obtained products were characterized by XRD, TEM, HRTEM, UV-Vis and Fluorescence Spectrometry. The effects of pH values of the solution, reaction time and reaction temperature on the morphologies of samples and sizes of nanoparticles were investigated. The results show that pH values of the solution play key roles in the formation of product with fishbone-like morphology, but the changes of the average sizes and crystallinity of samples depend on the varieties of the reaction time and reaction temperature. Hydrothermal method is helpful to fabricate zircon-type samples from monazite-type LaVO4׃Eu3+ crystals with fishbone-like morphology. Eu3+ ions doping in LaVO4 nanocrystals can decrease the symmetry of LaVO4 crystal lattice and lead to better luminescent properties than pure LaVO4 nanocrystals.
