母相時(shí)效對(duì)Cu-17Al-10Mn合金相變溫度和
形狀記憶性能的影響

摘 要: 研究母相時(shí)效過程中Cu-17Al-10Mn(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù),%)形狀記憶合金馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變溫度Ms和形狀記憶性能的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:合金淬火態(tài)的Ms比室溫的低,室溫時(shí)合金為無序母相結(jié)構(gòu),低溫時(shí)可轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)轳R氏體;隨著時(shí)效溫度的提高,Cu-17Al-10Mn合金的Ms和形狀恢復(fù)率均逐漸升高,并在150 ℃時(shí)效15 min后達(dá)到最大值,這主要?dú)w因于淬火空位的逸出使其對(duì)母相的釘扎作用減弱;隨著時(shí)效溫度的進(jìn)一步提高,由于母相分解為貝氏體,合金的Ms和形狀恢復(fù)率都下降,在250 ℃時(shí)效15 min后,母相完全分解,合金的形狀恢復(fù)率降低到零。

Ageing effect on martensite transformation temperature and
shape memory properties of Cu-17Al-10Mn alloy

Abstract:The changing rules of martensite transformation temperature and shape memory properties for Cu-17Al-10Mn (molar fraction, %) alloy during parent phase aging were studied. The results show that the Ms of as-quenched alloy is less than that at room temperature. The as-quenched alloy, which has low degree of order at room temperature, can make thermoelastic martensite transformation with further cooling. With increasing ageing temperatures, Ms as well as the shape recovery ratio of the alloy increases and reaches the maximal value at 150 ℃ due to the escape of quenched-in vacancies. Then Ms and shape recovery ratio of the alloys decrease with further increasing ageing temperature because of bainite precipitated from parent phase. After ageing at 250 ℃ for 15 min, the shape recovery ratio of the alloys decreases to zero due to the complete transformation to bainite from parent phase.
