結(jié)晶過(guò)程

摘 要: 在超聲波作用下,利用氧化鋅粉和硫化鈉溶液反應(yīng)制備納米硫化鋅。進(jìn)一步研究氧化鋅與硫化鈉反應(yīng)制備納米硫化鋅的結(jié)晶過(guò)程。結(jié)果表明,原料的形貌對(duì)產(chǎn)物的形貌基本沒(méi)有影響,納米硫化鋅顆粒為結(jié)晶良好的立方體閃鋅礦;透射電鏡分析晶體的生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程表明,晶體呈棱柱體形,遵從堿性溶液中晶體極性生長(zhǎng)機(jī)制。

Abstract:Nanoparticles ZnS were prepared with ZnO and Na2S by solid-liquid chemical reaction under ultrasonic condition. The crystallization process of nanoparticles ZnS was studied. The results show that these particles are cubical zinc blende, and the morphology of raw material has little influence on the morphology of product. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis was used to review growth process of crystal. The results show that these crystals are prism and obey polar growth mechanism under alkalescent solution.
